Policies
Shipping:
The shipping fee covers the cost of the packaging and handling. We ship all of our products in appropriate packaging to assure that you receive them in perfect condition. The cost of shipping a single item is $2.25. We ship promptly, with most orders being shipped within 2-3 business days after processing with the exception of weekends and holidays.
International customers are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by their country. If you have questions regarding customs, please contact your local customs office.
Illinois Sales Tax for IL residents:
We are in Illinois, USA. This governs whom we have to tax and not tax. We charge a sales tax to all addresses here in Illinois. We do not, and may not, charge any other taxes in the USA or overseas. However, if your country has any taxes or other fees or duties, etc., on imported goods, you will be responsible and liable to your governments for those charges.
